Debbie Solano is a Broker Associate in the Land & Ranch Division of Coldwell Banker Select REALTORS® in midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She markets luxury country estates and smaller rural homes and properties to people who don't want to see their neighbors.  She specializes in hobby farms and horse properties for equestrians, armchair riders, bird watchers, and other naturalists.  Of course, she sells vacant land and cattle ranches to investors and cowboys too.

Debbie Solano is a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC),  the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR), the Rogers County Real Estate Association, and the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® (GTAR). 

Debbie has two Masters degrees:  an M.L.S. from SUNY at Albany and an M.Div. from Southern Methodist University.  Debbie has the following real estate designations:  ABR, AHWD,  e-PRO, CHMS, CRS, GRI, REOS, and SRES.

Debbie speaks French fluently. 

She has successful experience marketing and selling probate properties and short sales.  She has sold many bank-owned properties and HUD homes too.
