The Cochran's founded Cochran and Associates Real Estate, LLC in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in 2005, and have enjoyed the growth that the company has experienced. James specializes in farm and ranch real estate and relies upon his tremendous ranching knowledge and views it as an asset to those who trust him for real estate services. His wife Amy is co-owner and managing broker, and also helps on the ranch. The same passion James has for the cattle industry is also evident in his real estate career.
